cant pass the first page of the tour when you first launch the app.

How is it possible that this app is rated 4stars when 5/6 users gave it a 1 star rating..??

Says phone out of range while in my pocket sitting down. Why cant it simply monitor the watch when it sees the phone is too far away and make a sound.

As its been mentioned already since June that the proximity range for the Watch to the iPhone falsely alerts a lot and even turning down the amount of notifications still doesnt fix anything.. I just have to turn it off.. It doesnt matter where I am at.. its always a issue.. Hope updates will fix this feature alone

I decided to give this a try since some times I leave my phone behind and I just wished my Apple Watch would tell me about it. This app is supposed to do that, but it keeps giving false alarms. I even have my phone next to me or in my pocket and I receive false alerts telling me that Im leaving my phone behind.

If I had never signed up for lookout premium through my T-Mobile bill, I would have lost all my newborn photos, banking information, and my brand new phone to a thief! Thankfully this app allowed me to locate my stolen device and retrieve all my valuable information. I swear by this application. It does what its supposed to do and its very user friendly!

i like this app because it works so unobtrusively in the background. i love the location notification when you have low battery. great job. thanks t-mobile.

Program gives me false notifications when my watch is very close or even right next to the phone. I see others since June complaining. Hopefully a fix???

So many false notifications, often once or twice in the same hour! Too bad as I really wanted this app to be good, and gave it a good try.. :-( Hope to find a better app that actually works.

I have had to remove the app from my phone because it gives so many false and random notifications of possible blue tooth connection loss to my watch. I love the app concept and if it all worked right I would probably purchase the premium service. However, understanding and dealing with signal loss is a real issue that needs to be resolved. Hopefully the app will get fixed.

I was looking for an app that would alert me when my iWatch series 2 was no longer connected to my iPhone - so I didnt leave my phone behind. Unfortunately the implementation seems to rely on looking at Bluetooth signal strength and the app running on the phone to communicate with the watch. In any case fiddling with a sensitivity setting in the iPhone app can be frustrating and seems to fire unreliably when Bluetooth drops or is somehow interfered with even while you has a strong local wifi connection. What I really want is a feature on the watch that warns when the phone connection for wifi and Bluetooth is dropped - and should not require a background app on the iPhone to be running to work.

Using for alerts when iPhone is away froM watch. Too many false notifications. You can have your phone in your pocket and it will alert you its missing.

Lookout just sent me a low battery alert with location of my phone!! And its free! Love it!

Will not accept the password I have already established in it. Could someone have changed my password without me knowing it? Doesnt work well on the iPhone.

Dont waste your money it makes you put location on all the time and sends false alerts at least once an hour. Its annoying Id rather just take my chances or wait till apple incorporates the function natively

This is constantly telling me my watch is almost out of range when it is in my pocket. Tonight I left the house without my phone and I didnt get a notification.

Over the last two months this app has used well over a gig of data in the location services. This is unacceptable.

2 of 7 lines on my account SIM card got hacked. Lookout shut down all 7 lines and warned me there was a breach in multiple lines on my account. Tmobile helped replace all 7 SIM cards at no cost. Thank you lookout and Tmobile!!
