Buggy tether to iPhone

Sole reason that I wanted this was to let me know when I lose connection to my iPhone. Problem is, it also notifies whenever the watch switches to wifi for its connection. There’s also other false positives. (first one was 8” away - both my hand and the iPhone were on the coffee table). Others were me being 10’ away from my iPhone (pretty sure the BT range is better, but I’m sure the Watch has been told to switch to wifi quickly to ensure performance).
Ideally, we want taptic & sound notification when the connection is lost (ie. when the red iPhone connection lost indicator is visible). THAT would be useful! (yes, that’s less reliable in a corporate environment where you’re blanketed in wifi coverage - possibly in a campus setting - but it’s really the only case where it’s going to be useful).
